Just one more week to donate to the Annual Fund and get your name on this list and the official banner which will be debuted at the Spring Sing. Get your donation in today at https://warnerfundraising.org/warner-annual-fund/. We are currently $40,000 below our goal, so please give ANY AMOUNT that is meaningful to you to help us reach our goal, and keep all of the enrichments we so love at Warner in place.
Thank you to the following families who have donated as of March 22nd. Names in bold have donated since the last publishing of this list in Warner What’s Happening. If you have donated and do not see your name on this list, or your name is not displayed correctly, please email warnerannualfund@gmail.com.

Patience is waiting without getting upset. It helps us deal with things that may feel uncomfortable (e.g. waiting in a long line or saving our money to buy something we really want). Patience can help us build our good character:
* Waiting my turn (consideration/respect)
* Not complainingwhen I don’t get my way (understanding/less stress)
* Accepting what cannot be changed (compassion)
* Maintaining self-control (confidence)
* Keep trying (persistence/commitment)
A Note from the School’s Office
The school’s office staff is requesting small children clothing for grades TK and kindergarten, sizes 5 and up. They are requesting leggings, shorts, and underwear for boys and girls.
A big thanks in advance!

Warner What’s Happening Newsletter Submissions:
All newsletter submissions must be approved and emailed to warneravenews@gmail.com by 4:00 p.m. the Friday prior to the following week’s newsletter. I explained to the kids in my day, we didn’t have fancy tablets, phones, and laptops. We had Casio wrist calculators, briefcase cell phones, and Commodore 64s…and we did just fine, right?
Please recycle your used ink cartridges. Drop them off in the containers by the Main Office. Look for more recycling drives coming to Warner this year!
The campaign to provide a state of the art computer lab to replace the 10+ year old computers currently in the computer lab is underway! At the Spring Gala last Saturday, we raised an astounding amount – just over $53,000. (For those of you that were at the Gala, the $68,000 figure shown on the screen was inaccurate due to duplicate entries of donations by Give Smart). That is an incredible start, however, we would love to raise additional funds to dedicate to the computer lab, as well as build up an annual maintenance fund for the lab and equipment. As such, if you were not able to attend the Gala, please consider donating now so that we can provide our children with new computers running on current operating systems. The computers the children are currently learning on are older than most of the kids themselves! They run on operating systems 2 to 3 generations old. Technology is our future, and our children deserve an updated computer lab!
Go to https://wae2019.givesmart.com and find the ‘Donate Now” box in the middle of the event homepage to choose your donation amount. If you have already registered for bidding, you can click on the site you received via text.
We would also like to thank all of the parents who attended the Spring Gala and contributed to the paddle raise, as well as those who couldn’t attend but already donated – these families are recognized below.
