There are two tiers of bands available:

  1. MonsterBand – good for all carnival games and inflatables. $65 presale or $75 at the door.
  2. BeastBand – everything the MonsterBand offers PLUS the Sports Zone and our new interactive games! $85 presale or $95 at the door.

 

Pre-orders must be received by 9pm on October 21st! Pre-ordered wristbands and tickets will be waiting under your name at the Haunt at the Will Call Booth.

Description

**By placing this order, the Ticket Holder and/or Wristband Holder (individually and collectively, “Guest”) acknowledges that there are risks inherent in using the attractions at the Warner Avenue Elementary School Halloween Carnival (“Halloween Haunt”) and that these risks can cause serious and even fatal injuries. The Guest acknowledges that he/she/they alone are responsible for the safety of themselves or any minors or other persons in their care while using the Halloween Haunt attractions at Warner Avenue Elementary School regardless of the presence of other adults or adult volunteers. The Guest explicitly assumes all risks, hazards, and dangers associated with the operation of all rides and attractions and agrees to read and adhere to all safety and warning signage, instructions, and rules. The Guest agrees and understands that use of all premises or attractions for Halloween Haunt is a purely voluntary, recreational activity and that, if he or she is not willing to acknowledge the risk and agree not to sue, he or she should not use these premises or attractions. Warner Avenue Foundation / WAVE will not bear any responsibility for bodily injury and/or severe injury and/or death or loss to any person in connection with use of the premises, rides, amusements, attractions, or on their entrance into or departure from the Warner Avenue Elementary Schools premises or Halloween Haunt attractions.

Release of Liability: IN CONSIDERATION OF THE ABOVE AND BEING ALLOWED TO VISIT AND USE WARNER AVENUE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PREMISES AND HALLOWEEN HAUNT ATTRACTIONS, THE GUEST EXPLICITLY AGREES NOT TO SUE AND RELEASES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, STAFF AND/OR VOLUNTEERS, IF GUEST OR ANY MEMBER OF GUEST’S OR GUEST’S FAMILY SUFFERS BODILY INJURY AND/OR SEVERE INJURY AND/OR DEATH OR LOSS IN ANY WAY WHILE USING ANY OF THE WARNER AVENUE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PREMISES OR HALLOWEEN HAUNT ATTRACTIONS, EVEN IF GUEST CONTENDS THAT SUCH INJURIES ARE THE RESULT OF NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF WARNER AVENUE FOUNDATION / WAVE OR WARNER AVENUE FOUNDATION / WAVE STAFF OR VOLUNTEERS.
